Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Please note that order processing occurs only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Shipping Time
We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery (Hyderabad Only)
For customers located in Hyderabad, we may offer same-day or next-business-day delivery, depending on product availability and order placement time. Please contact us at info@a2zledlights.com for availability and details.
4. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders within India. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of the order. The exact shipping charges will be displayed for your review before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Location
We currently only deliver to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment's progress. You can also check the status of your shipment on the courier's website.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, logistical delays, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control can occasionally cause delays. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@a2zledlights.com. We will make every effort to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

We carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use appropriate packing materials and methods to protect your products during transit.
10. Damaged or Lost Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or the expected delivery date. Please send photos of any damaged packaging or items. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly by providing a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances.
