1. Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@a2zledlights.com. Returns must be authorised before sending the item back.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@a2zledlights.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above (unworn, unused, original packaging, with proof of purchase).
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

7. Warranty Policy
Certain products sold on A2Zled Lights come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and damage to the product under normal use.
